We were worried about staying here as we read a few negative reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had a very nice greeting by the front desk staff member. They gave us free cookies and access to free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They also had extra supplies they gave us like a tooth brush. The room we very clean and looked newly renovated. The room was very dark and we heard no noise from outside and had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was like a normal hotel breakfast but we were served the food which was nice. All the staff were very kind and friendly! I recommend this hotel!

This is the best hotel in the area hands down. I stayed here on my business trip and it provided a lovely country atmosphere, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, a hot tub and a pool. All within walking distance of restaurants. I must recommend the nearby Prime Quarter Steakhouse. Thanks for a great stay!

I would rate this hotel zero stars if I could. We have a wedding in the Princeton area in the near future and me and our guests tried to book with this hotel. We were told that me and my guests couldn’t book in advance because we were “local” and needed a manager to approve whether or not you could reserve a room with them. Note the hotel considered “local” to be if you lived within 50 mile radius of the hotel which my guests and I are on the 50 mile mark. When asking about how my guests were suppose to book and if our guests were suppose to drive home while intoxicated, the response was “I guess so.” We ask to speak to a manager and we were told the manager would get a hold of us. We never received a phone call back. Very disappointing that it came down to this.

Have not stayed at this hotel yet but had an outstanding customer service experience with the general manager Samantha. Needed to cancel a room last-minute due to weather-related issues beyond my control. She made an exception & allowed me to cancel even tho I was past the deadline. I will definitely be staying there next time I travel to Princeton. Looking forward to it. Many thanks!!

What a great place to stay! Unbelievable how clean the property is. Very engaging staff. Location is perfect only a couple miles from my project site. Easy access to the highway. A number of nice restaurants to pick from close by. Rooms are super clean. Fantastic staff. Kudos to the General Manager great leadership!!

Clean rooms and a fresh but not overpowering clean smell. The lobby is a little kitchy with the rustic theme but the hotel is solid and a great place to stay. I. Fairness, it should be 5 stars for a rural spot but comparing to larger cities (non luxury), it's a solid 4.

This hotel on I80 near Princeton offers pleasant friendly service with clean quiet rooms. The free breakfast is typical in terms of menu items. But staff makes your waffles and eggs to order. So everything is hot and fresh. A big upgrade in my opinion.
